A Delaware County man is dealing with baby porn-associated prices after greater than 250 pics, and films of child pornography had been determined on his computers, the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office stated.
District Attorney Katayoun M. Copeland said Thursday that Daniel Newberg, 31, of Glenolden, became arrested and charged with dissemination and possession of baby pornography.
Newberg, 31, is charged with two counts of criminal dissemination of infant pornography, 25 counts of felony ownership of child pornography, and felony crook use of a verbal exchange facility.
At about 6:10 a.M. On June 14, 2018, a seek warrant became accomplished via CID detectives and the Glenolden Police Department at Newberg’s house after CID investigators obtained statistics that infant pornography changed into being downloaded and viewed at that house, the DA’s office stated.
Newberg was determined in his 2nd-floor bedroom and advised the government he had been using record-sharing software on his pc for about 10 years to download infant pornography, according to the DA’s office.
