270 Child Porn Images, Videos Found On Delco Man’s Computers: DA

A Delaware County man is dealing with baby porn-associated prices after greater than 250 pics, and films of child pornography had been determined on his computers, the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office stated.

District Attorney Katayoun M. Copeland said Thursday that Daniel Newberg, 31, of Glenolden, became arrested and charged with dissemination and possession of baby pornography.

Newberg, 31, is charged with two counts of criminal dissemination of infant pornography, 25 counts of felony ownership of child pornography, and felony crook use of a verbal exchange facility.

At about 6:10 a.M. On June 14, 2018, a seek warrant became accomplished via CID detectives and the Glenolden Police Department at Newberg’s house after CID investigators obtained statistics that infant pornography changed into being downloaded and viewed at that house, the DA’s office stated.

Newberg was determined in his 2nd-floor bedroom and advised the government he had been using record-sharing software on his pc for about 10 years to download infant pornography, according to the DA’s office.

During the hunt, detectives confiscated two laptops which a later forensic examination showed eighty-three movies and more than 188 photographs of toddler pornography on the computers. Those who own toddler pornography contribute to the appalling exploitation of harmless children,” stated District Attorney Katayoun M.

Copeland. “In partnership with our local police, CID detectives, and forensic analysts, our ICAC Task Force actively works to discover and arrest these individuals for ensuring our kids’ protection. I commended CID Sergeant Kenneth Bellis and our ICAC Task Force, as well as the Glenolden Police Department, for their instant and quick response and persevered work to help us understand these perpetrators.” Newberg turned into arraigned on Feb. 12 and had bail set at 10 percent of $40,000. The initial hearing is scheduled for Feb. 27.
